Creamy Cheese with Pumpkin & Potato Pasta


侒侒几乎把这晚餐扫光, 除了Pasta吃到后面咬一咬就吐出来.. 而且吃成花猫脸

今日晚餐 - 奶香芝士南瓜马铃薯Pasta
Creamy Cheese with Pumpkin & Potato Pasta

材料:
马铃薯丁 Potato cube
南瓜丁 Pumpkin cube
牛奶 Full cream milk 100ml
芝士块 (刨丝) Shredded Cheese
面粉 Plain flour 1 tbsp
无盐奶油 Unsalted butter

做法:
1) 马铃薯和南瓜蒸熟备用
Steamed Potato & Pumpkin, and set aside

2) Pasta先煮熟备用
Cooked pasta, and set aside

3) 使用小锅煮牛奶 -
热锅, 下无盐奶油至融化, 加入牛奶和面粉搅拌均匀至浓稠即可熄火
(如果面粉不能融入牛奶内, 煮至浓稠后, 需过滤取汁)
Use small pot to cook milk -
Heat the pot, stir unsalted butter, milk and flour until creamy and turn off the heat
(If the flour unable to mix with milk, filter the milk mixture and take the milk sauce only)

4) 将牛奶汁倒入马铃薯和南瓜的碗内, 把芝士丝撒在上面, 加热一下让芝士融化
Pour the milk sauce into potato and pumpkin, place the shredded cheese on potato and pumpkin. Heat it until cheese melt.

5) 最后搭配Pasta食用就可以了
and ready to serve with pasta
