南瓜焗饭

Pumpkin Baked Rice
材料:
南瓜 Pumpkin
马铃薯 Potato
玉米粒 Corn
青椒 Green Pepper
洋葱 Chopped Onion
白饭 White Rice
芝士丝 Shredded Cheese
无盐奶油 Unsalted Butter
1) 先煮熟玉米取粒
Cooked corn.
2) 热锅, 下奶油和洋葱炒至透明
Heat pan, put in butter and onion and fry the onion until transparent.
3) 加入南瓜, 马铃薯, 青椒和玉米粒翻炒
Add in pumpkin, potato, green pepper and corn, stir-fry a while
4) 加水焖熟全部, 待南瓜软化后压烂
Add water and cover the pan until all cooked, smash the pumpkin
5) 再翻炒至收汁, 盛起备用
Stir-fry the pumpkin sauce until dry. Off the heat and keep aside.
6) 把白饭放入焗碗内, 铺上南瓜酱, 再均匀铺上芝士丝, 撒点Parsley叶
Place the white rice into the bowl for baking, cover with the pumpkin sauce and Shredded Cheese, put a little bit of parsley leaf.
7) 放进预热的烤箱, 175 deg 10分钟即可
Preheat oven, baked for 175 deg 10 mins and ready to serve.
因为是给宝宝吃的, 所以芝士不能放太多。顺便一提, 10个月以上的宝宝才能吃Cheese.
Please take note, Cheese only for the baby 10 months and above. And can't eat too much too.
如果是番茄酱应该更好吃, 我家侒侒不爱吃番茄, 只好换别的
