德國酥餅
German Cookies
Ingredients:
Unsalted butter 80g
Cream cheese 70g
(I don't hv cream cheese, so change to unsalted butter)
Icing sugar 30g
Potato starch 130g
Plain flour 80g
1) Beat the butter till creamy, add the icing sugar and beat until the sugar melt and merge with butter
2) add in potato starch and flour stir and mix all together and knead into dough.
3) design the shape and preheat the oven
4) baked for 150 degree, 15 mins
Note: due to I change the original recipe, from cream cheese to unsalted butter, my biscuit very very fragile. I suggest to add more flour to balance it. Perhaps another 20g of flour.
