White Sauce Mushroom Baked Rice
今日午餐 - 白酱香菇焗饭
材料:
白饭 cooked rice
马铃薯 Potato
番茄 Tomato
香菇 dried mushroom
玉米粒 corn
萝卜 carrot
鸡蛋 egg
洋葱 Spring onion
蒜米 chopped garlic
Whipping cream
橄榄油 Olive oil
mozzarella cheese
1) 热锅, 放入少许橄榄油炒香蒜米和洋葱
Heat pan, fry the garlic and onion with olive oil till fragrant
2) 加入所有蔬菜(除了鸡蛋)翻炒至有香味
Add all the vegetables (except egg), stir fry till fragrant
3) 加水高过所有, 盖锅焖至软化
Add water into pot, cover the pan, let it cooked till soften
4) 加入蛋液翻炒
Add the egg and stir fry
5) 加入白饭翻炒
Add the cooked rice and stir fry
6) 加入whipping cream炒匀, 盖锅焖一分钟
Add the whipping cream and stir evenly, cover the pan let it cooked for 1 min.
7) 熄火, 把炒饭挪至烤盘, 平均铺满mozzarella cheese
Switch off the heat, put the fried rice to baking bowl, pour the mozzarella cheese evenly
8) 放入预热烤箱, 220deg 10-15分钟即可
Preheat oven, baked at 220 deg with 10 to 15 mins and ready to serve
