Dried Mushroom Chicken Soup with Mee Sua
用蒸煮饭盒煲汤超简单, 汤又香又好喝! 侒侒吃超多的 😊

材料:
鸡腿 1只 Chicken Leg 1 pc
马铃薯 2小粒 Potato 2 pcs
胡萝卜 半条 Carrot 1/2 pc
香菇 3朵 Dried Mushroom 3 pcs
洋葱 适量 Spring Onion
红枣 4粒 Red dates 4 pcs
枸杞 少许 Wolfberries
姜片 2片 Ginger Slice 2 pcs
1) 鸡腿用麻油和胡椒粉腌30分钟
(適合1歲以上 Suitable for 1 year old and above)

1) 鸡腿用麻油和胡椒粉腌30分钟
Marinate the chicken leg with sesame oil and pepper for 30 mins
2) 全部放入蒸煮饭盒里煲1小时即可
Put all the ingredients into ELB and cook for 1 hour and ready to serve
