Vegetables Fried Egg


今日午餐 - 蔬菜煎蛋

今天突然想起小时候妈妈常弄给我吃的长豆煎蛋, 
马上就来准备给Seth吃, 
虽然没有调味料, 
但是有蛋香味, 
还是好吃滴~♡ 

材料:
鸡蛋 Egg
马铃薯丁 Potato cube
胡萝卜丁 Carrot cube
长豆丁 Long Bean cube

1) 马铃薯, 萝卜和长豆蒸熟备用
Steamed potato, carrot and long bean, set aside
2) 蔬菜待凉, 打入鸡蛋拌匀
Cooling cooked vege, beat the egg and whisk well
3) 热锅, 煎至两面金黄色即可
Heat pan, fried till 2 sides with golden color and ready to serve.
