Fried Mee Suah
今日午餐 - 面线煎 Fried Mee Suah
材料:
鸡蛋 1粒 Egg 1pc
面线 1小片 Mee suah 1pc
马铃薯 1粒 Potato 1pc
胡萝卜 适量 (刨丝) Carrot Slice
花椰菜 适量(取花) Broccoli "flower" only
** 面线须过水去除盐分多次**
材料:
鸡蛋 1粒 Egg 1pc
面线 1小片 Mee suah 1pc
马铃薯 1粒 Potato 1pc
胡萝卜 适量 (刨丝) Carrot Slice
花椰菜 适量(取花) Broccoli "flower" only
** 面线须过水去除盐分多次**
Wash the mee sua several times to remove the sodium
1) 马铃薯蒸熟压烂
Cooked potato and smash it, set aside
2) 胡萝卜丝和花椰菜花蒸熟
Steamed Carrot Slice and Broccoli, set aside
3) 面线煮熟
Cooked mee suah, set aside
4) 1,2,3 参在一起, 打入鸡蛋搅拌均匀
Gather all ingredients together, add in egg and whisk well
5) 用不沾锅小火煎至两面金黄色即可
Heat fry pan, fried till both side with golden color and ready to serve.

3) 面线煮熟
Cooked mee suah, set aside
4) 1,2,3 参在一起, 打入鸡蛋搅拌均匀

5) 用不沾锅小火煎至两面金黄色即可
