Curry Pumpkin Potato Fusilli

材料:
南瓜(切丁) Pumpkin Cube

马铃薯(切丁) Potato Cube
咖喱粉(1茶匙) Curry Powder 1 tsp
芝士块(刨丝) Grated Cheese
牛奶(3汤匙) Milk 3 tbsp
Oregano香料(少许)
1) 热锅, 南瓜, 马铃薯和咖喱粉下锅炒香后, 加水/高汤焖至软化

Heat pan, add pumpkin, potato and curry powder and fry until fragrant, add water let it stew until soften
2) 加芝士丝在上面让它融化, 熄火后, 与牛奶一起倒入搅拌机搅拌成泥
Add grated cheese on top and once melted, switch off the heat, pour the ingredients and milk into blender and blend them
3) 咖喱泥淋在预先煮好的螺旋面上, 加少许Oregano香料即可
Pour the curry sauce to the cooked fusilli, put a bit of oregano and ready to serve
