白醬螺旋面

Cabonara
材料:
蔬菜/肉(随意) Vege/Meat (up to your choice)
无盐奶油 Unsalted Butter
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
牛奶/Whipping Cream or Milk
Grated Cheese/Parmesan Cheese
鸡蛋/蛋黄 (1粒-2粒) Whole Egg / Egg Yolk (1 ~ 2 pcs)
先准备:
鸡蛋+Grated Cheese, 搅拌混合均匀

To prepare:
Egg + grated cheese, combine and mix well
1) 先水煮熟意大利面, 捞起备用 (我的面是用柴鱼片高汤煮的)

Cook the pasta with boiling water, set aside (I cook the pasta with bonito flakes soup stock)
2) 热锅, 下无盐奶油爆香蒜米
Heat pan, add unsalted butter and garlic fry till fragrant
3) 放入所有食材下锅翻炒均匀
(如果有肉类就先炒肉, 7分熟后再下蔬菜)
Add all the ingredients and stir fry
(If got meat, fry the meat till half-cook and add the vege)
4) 倒入牛奶盖过食材, 关盖焖至蔬菜熟透
(偶尔开盖翻炒一下)
Pour the milk into pot to cover all the ingredients, cover the pan and let it cook until the soften
(Open the lid and stir fry while waiting)
5) 加入面条翻炒均匀
Add the pasta into pot and stir fry
6) 最后倒入蛋汁+Cheese, 翻炒均匀即可
Lastly, pour the egg mixture + cheese into pot, stir fry and ready to serve
