Garlic Vege Spaghetti
今日午餐 - 蒜香蔬菜意大利面
材料:
马铃薯(切丁) Potato
萝卜(切丁) Carrot
香菇(切丁) Mushroom
长豆(切丁) Long bean
蒜苗 Chopped garlic
橄榄油 Olive oil
*蒜米的數量可依照個人喜好來加*

*Add a moderate amount of garlic, up to your own preference*
1) 先把所有蔬菜蒸半熟(除了香菇)备用
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces, steam the vegetables till half-cooked (except mushroom), set aside
2) 意大利面煮软(约15-20分钟)备用
Cook the spaghetti with boiling water till soften (approx 15~20 mins) set aside
3) 热锅, 倒入橄榄油炒香蒜苗至金黄色
Heat pan, add olive oil and garlic and fry until fragrant
4) 倒入香菇翻炒2分钟, 再倒入其它蔬菜一起翻炒
Add the mushroom and stir fry for 2 mins, and add other ingredients into pan and stir fry
5) 加入意大利面翻炒均匀即可
Add spaghetti and stir fry and ready to serve
*全程开中小火, 喜欢干一点就炒久一点*
