佛手瓜白鱼饭

Chayote White Fish Rice


偏偏不放侒侒要吃的马铃薯, 看他还挑不挑

材料:
佛手瓜 Chayote
蘿蔔 Carrot
白魚 White Fish
娃娃菜 Baby Cabbage
洋蔥 Spring Onion
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter

1) 熱鍋,加入無鹽奶油,蒜米和洋蔥炒香
Heat pan, add unsalted butter, garlic and onion and fry until fragrant

2) 加入白魚翻炒
Add white fish and stir fry

3) 再加入佛手瓜和蘿蔔翻炒
Add chayote and carrot and stir fry

4) 加水蓋過材料,轉小火燜至軟化
Add water to cover all the ingredients, switch to low heat and let it cook until soften

5) 加入娃娃菜翻炒2~3分鐘即可
Add the baby cabbage and stir fry 2~3 mins and ready to serve
