Curry Fusilli


今日午餐 - 咖喱螺旋面

这餐色香味俱全! 我也偷吃了2口
不加香料的话也可以哦, 
也是具备了柴鱼片的味道, 
淡淡的香  
也不错哦 

Ingredients:
Red Pepper
Potato
Pumpkin
Carrot 
Salmon
Spring Onion
Chopped Garlic
Bonito Flakes Soup Stock
Unsalted Butter
Curry Powder
Black Pepper Powder

1) Cook a pot of bonito flakes soup
2) Cook the fusilli with bonito flakes soup
3) Cut all the ingredients into small pieces
4) Heat pan, put the unsalted butter, onion and garlic fry until fragrant
5) Add the soup stock and cook until the onion become transparent
6) Add all the ingredients and stir fry for 1 min
7) Add half pot of soup into pan, and let it cook until the ingredients soften and dry
8) Push the ingredients to aside, add salmon and stir fry
9) Add the balance of soup and fusilli
10) Add curry powder and black pepper powder
11) Stir fry until dry and ready to serve
