Pumpkin Tomato & Cheese Stew Pasta


今日午餐 - 南瓜番茄芝士焖面

材料: 
南瓜 Pumpkin
番茄 Tomato
鸡肉 Chicken
Grated Cheese 
花椰菜 Broccoli
无盐奶油 Unsalted Butter
Fusilli


1) 所有材料蒸熟
Steam all the ingredients

2) 热锅, 下无盐奶油, 鸡肉, 南瓜和番茄, 连同蒸出来的水一起倒入锅内翻炒
Heat pan, add unsalted butter, chicken, pumpkin and tomato, and the water after steam, pour into the pot and stir fry

3) 加入煮好的面, 加点水盖锅焖3分钟
Add the cooked pasta, add some water and cover the pot. Cook for 3 mins.

4) 加入Grated Cheese待融化, 这时水份会变得浓稠
Add grated cheese and once melted, the sauce will become more creamy

5) 炒一下即可
Stir fry for a while and ready to serve

(P/S: 我后来放进烤箱190deg 5 mins.烤一下, 增添口感 ^^)
(I put the pasta into oven after cooked, baked for 190 deg 5 mins)
