Red Pepper Pumpkin Stew Rice


今日午餐 - 红甜椒南瓜焖饭

材料: 
白饭 Cooked Rice
蒜苗 Chopped Garlic
红甜椒 Red Pepper
南瓜 Pumpkin
椰菜 Broccoli

1) 所有材料切碎蒸熟备用
Cut all the ingredients into pieces and steam, set aside

2) 热锅, 少许橄榄油炒香蒜苗
Heat pan, add a bit of olive oil and fry the garlic until fragrant

3) 置入红甜椒和南瓜炒香
Add red pepper and pumpkin and fry until fragrant

4) 把白饭铺在上面, 加水高过南瓜
Place the cooked rice on top, add water to cover the veges (not over to rice)

5) 蓋锅小火焖至收汁
Cover the pan, switch to low heat and let it cook until soften and dry

6) 最后炒匀, 熄火压烂南瓜再翻炒一下即可
Stir fry evenly, switch off the heat, use the spatula to smash the pumpkin and stir fry for a while and ready to serve
