Potato & Mushroom Fusilli


这个是今天我们大人的午餐, 侒侒吃sweet potato
这本来是蘑菇浓汤的煮法, 只差没拿去blend。
换成这种方式料理也不错哦! 大人小孩都可以吃~

Ingredients:
Bonito Flakes Soup Stock
Mushroom
Potato
Spring Onion
Unsalted Butter

1) Cook a pot of bonito flakes soup
2) Heat pan, add the butter and onion and fry until fragrant
3) Pour a bit of soup stock and switch to low heat cook the onion until transparent
4) Add potato and mushroom stir fry
5) Pour the soup stock to cover the ingredients, stew until soften
6) While waiting, in another pot, cook the fusilli with the soup stock, drain dry and set aside
7) Once the potato cooked and soften, add the cooked fusilli into pot and stir fry until dry and ready to serve
