罗宋汤 + Aglio Olio

Minestrone + Aglio Olio


侒侒的晚餐是罗宋汤意大利面。
是罗宋汤的材料拿去blend搭配意大利面吃哦 ^^ 
这是他第二次吃细面条, 第一次在朋友家吃的时候都只丢不吃。
这次再次尝试, 当然成功吃掉3/4的面条哦! 侒侒棒棒!! 👏👏

罗宋汤 
Minestrone

材料: 
洋葱 Spring Onion
番茄 Tomato
萝卜 Carrot
芹菜 Celery
马铃薯 Potato
玉蜀薯 Corn
大白菜 Cabbage
排骨 Pork Rib

1) 全部切丁
Cut all into small pieces

2) 排骨川烫去血水
Cook the pork rib with boiling water to remove the blood

3) 再煮一锅水, 滚烫后置入所有材料
Cook another pot of boiling water, add all the ingredients

4) 待滚后, 转小火煲3小时即可
Once the water boiling again, switch to low heat and boil for 3 hours and ready to serve

Aglio Olio (baby version)

材料: 
橄榄油 Olive oil
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
香菇 Dried Mushroom
红灯椒  Red Pepper
(瘦肉)  Meat (Optional)
Parmesan Cheese 
Parsley 

1) 意大利面水煮熟捞起备用
Cook the spaghetti in a a pot of boiling water, drain dry and set aside

2) 热锅, 转小火, 倒入橄榄油和蒜米炒至金黄色
Heat pan, switch to low heat, add olive oil and garlic fry until golden

3) 再置入其他材料翻炒至熟
Add other ingredients and stir fry until cooked

4) 加入意大利面翻炒均匀即可熄火
Add cooked spaghetti and stir fry and switch off the heat

5) 趁热加入少许Parmesan Cheese和Parsley弄均匀即可上桌
Pour some Parmesan Cheese and Parsley and mix well. and Ready to serve
