Potato and Broccoli Cream Soup with Pasta


今日晚餐 - 马铃薯花椰菜浓汤

材料:
馬鈴薯 Potato
花椰菜 Broccoli
牛奶 Milk
蒜米粉 Garlic Powder

1) 水煮熟pasta,瀝乾備用
Cook the pasta with boiling water, drain dry and set aside

2) 蒸熟馬鈴薯和花椰菜,用攪拌機攪拌成泥
Steam all the ingredients and blend it 

3) 熱鍋,加入牛奶和蔬菜泥,攪拌2分鐘
Heat pan, add the milk and the purees, stir and mix for 2 mins

4) 把煮好的濃湯加入到Pasta裡即可享用
Pour the cream soup with pasta and ready to serve
