奶香黄酱汁Pasta

Milky Yellow Sauce Pasta

材料:
馬鈴薯 Potato
蘿蔔 Carrot
夏南瓜 Zucchini
蒜米 Chopped garlic
無鹽奶油 Unsalted butter
牛奶 Milk
洋蔥 Spring onion
1) 水煮/蒸熟馬鈴薯和蘿蔔, 撈起壓爛
Boil/Steam the potato and carrot, drain dry and smash it
2) Pasta水煮5分鐘撈起備用
Cook the pasta with boiling water for 5 mins, drain dry and set aside
3) 熱鍋,無鹽奶油炒香蒜米
Heat pan, fry the butter and garlic till fragrant
4) 放入夏南瓜和洋蔥翻炒
Add zucchini and spring onion and stir fry
5) 放入Pasta和馬鈴薯蘿蔔泥
Add the pasta and potato carrot puree
6) 倒入牛奶拌勻
Add the milk and mix well
7) 翻炒3分鐘至醬汁濃稠即可
Stir fry the pasta and sauce for 3 mins, until creamy and ready to serve
