Beetroot Chicken Mee Sua Soup

(適合10個月以上 Suitable for 10 months and above)

材料:
甜菜根 Beetroot
雞骨 Chicken bone
玉米 Corn
馬鈴薯 Potato
蘿蔔 Carrot
洋蔥 Spring Onion

1) 先用滾水川燙雞骨
Cook the chicken bone in the boiling water

2) 將所有材料(除了麵線)放入滾燙的鍋內
Add all the ingredients (except mee sua) into a pot of boiling water

3) 待再次滾湯後轉小火煲2小時
Once the water boiling again, switch to low heat and cook for 2 hours

4) 麵線水煮至軟化,撈起備用
Cook the mee sua with a boiling water, drain dry and set aside

5) 湯頭好了之後就可以配麵線吃咯~
Add the mee sua with soup once it done and ready to serve
