蔬菜蛋炒饭

Vegetables and Egg Fried Rice
今天开始把侒的high chair放靠近餐桌, 我也跟他一起吃,
还要很夸张的演给他看。
之前吃了3-4口就开始乱丢
今天他大概是模仿我吃饭, 算是有进步啦~
不过后来还是用手抓来放进嘴里, 再用舌头推出来.. >.<
材料:
蒜米 Chopped garlic
洋葱 Spring Onion
马铃薯 Potato
蘑菇 Mushroom
蕃茄 Tomato
包菜 Cabbage
鸡蛋 Egg
无盐奶油 Unsalted Butter
水/高汤 Water/Soup stock
白饭 Cooked Rice
1) 所有材料切丁

Cut all the ingredients into small pieces
2) 热锅, 先下无盐奶油, 洋葱和蒜米炒香
Heat pan, add the unsalted butter, onion and garlic fry until fragrant
3) 放入马铃薯, 蘑菇, 蕃茄和包菜翻炒均匀
Add potato, mushroom, tomato and cabbage stir fry
4) 再加入水/高汤盖过所有蔬菜, 小火焖至收汁
Add water/soup stock to cover all the ingredients, switch to low heat and let it stew until soften and dry
5) 再加入鸡蛋弄散, 与其他蔬菜翻炒均匀至鸡蛋熟透
Add the beaten egg, combine with the ingredients and stir fry until egg cooked
6) 最后加入白饭翻炒3分钟即可
Add cooked rice and stir fry for 3 mins and ready to serve
