Potato Apple Stew Meat
今日晚餐 - 马铃薯苹果炖肉
这炖肉是用高汤做出来的, 煮汤的部分就花了不少时间
This stew meat made by soup stock, very long hours cooking.....
排骨蔬菜高汤 -
Vegetables Pork Rib Soup:
材料: 高丽菜 红萝卜 玉米 排骨 白米醋 姜
Ingredients: Cabbage, Carrot, Corn, Pork Rib, Rice Vinegar, Ginger
做法:
1) 排骨先川燙去血水, 捞起
Cook the pork rib with boiling water to remove the blood, drain dry and set aside
2) 另煮一锅水, 排骨放到锅里小火炖煮
In another pot of boiling water, add the pork rib and cook with low heat
3) 可以1-2滴醋, 可以把钙质煮出来 (可省略)
Add 1~2 drops of rice vinegar, to allow the calcium out from the pork rib (may skip)
4) 排骨 + 水 煮1.5小时后, 过滤排骨和杂质, 取汤而已
Pork rib + water boil for 1.5 hours, filter the dirt and pork rib. To collect the soup only
5) 把蔬菜放进汤里, 加1片姜来去腥
(注意: 姜 - 小过一岁不建议, 一岁以上也不能常食用)
Add the vegetables into soup, add 1 slice of ginger to remove the smell
(P/S: Ginger - don recommend for the baby below 1 yr old, not to use frequently for above 1 yr old too.)
6) 再来熬煮1.5小时即可
And boil for 1.5 hours and done.
马铃薯苹果炖肉
Potato Apple Stew Meat
材料: 马铃薯 苹果 猪肉碎 洋葱 高汤 橄榄油
Ingredients: Potato, Apple, Minced Meat, Spring Onion, Soup stock, Olive oil
做法:
1) 猪肉碎川烫去血水并过滤杂质备用
Cook the minced meat with boiling water to remove the blood and dirt, set aside
2) 热锅, 下少许橄榄油小火炒香肉碎和洋葱
Heat pan, add a bit of olive oil, fry the minced meat and spring onion with low heat until fragrant
3) 加点高汤, 盖过食材焖煮至收汁
Add some soup stock, to cover all the ingredients and let it stew until dry
4) 把焖煮好的肉碎和洋葱放入slow cooker底部
Add the stew meat and spring onion into the bottom of slow cooker
5) 马铃薯铺第二层, 苹果铺上层
Add a layer of potato, and apple on the top
6) 再加入高汤盖过食材
(我把刚刚煮高汤的萝卜一起放进去炖)
Add the soup stock into slow cooker (i also add the carrot from the soup stock i made just now into the slow cooker)
7) slow cooker 炖 4小时即可
Let the slow cooker to cook for 4 hours and ready to serve
