今日午餐 - 蛋包饭
材料:
材料:
洋葱 Spring Onion
南瓜(蒸熟) Steam Pumpkin
萝卜(蒸熟) Steam Carrot
花椰菜(煮熟取花) Steam Broccoli
三文鱼(少许海盐去腥,蒸熟压碎) Salmon (pour a pinch of sea salt on top, steam and smash it)
鸡蛋 Egg
炒饭做法:
Instruction for Fried Rice:
1) 热锅, 置入三文鱼和洋葱炒香
Heat pan, add the salmon and onion fry until fragrant
2) 再放入南瓜丁, 萝卜丁翻炒均匀
Add the cooked pumpkin & carrot, and stir fry
3) 再放入菜花和白饭翻炒
Add the broccoli and cooked rice and stir fry
4) 加入少许水翻炒至有香味(大约3分钟)
Add a bit of water stir fry until fragrant (approximate 3 mins)
5) 炒饭盛起备用
Fried rice set aside

Omu-rice:
1) 鸡蛋打散
Beat the egg
2) 热锅, 倒入鸡蛋
Heat pan, pour the beaten egg into pan
3) 转小火, 拿起锅左右摇摆让鸡蛋分布均匀
Switch to low heat, pick up the pan so that the egg distributed evenly around the swing
4) 鸡蛋差不多熟就关火(避免蛋焦掉)
Once the egg cooked and switch of the heat
5) 把炒饭放到蛋中间
Pour the fried rice in the middle of the egg
6) 蛋的两端向内折
Fold the egg inwards
7) 准备盘, 拿到靠近锅把蛋与饭翻过来至盘内
Get ready the plate, pour the egg and rice quickly from the pan to plate
8) 把蛋的边边收进去即可上桌
Keep the excess egg go into the rice
(以上翻面做法是用普通的不沾锅, Happy call Pan就直接关盖, 快速翻面再拿到盘里 <- 不过这个多了一个步骤
