銅鑼燒

Dorayaki


这个铜锣烧侒侒和妈咪都喜欢吃

材料:
雞蛋 2個 Egg 2pcs
低筋麵粉 100g Low-protein flour 100g
幼糖 27g Fine sugar 27g
baking powder 2g 
牛奶 30g Milk 30g
玉米油 10g Corn Oil 10g

1) 把所有材料攪拌均勻 (除了麵粉和泡打粉)
Whisk all the ingredients

2) 再加入篩過的麵粉和泡打粉
Add the sieve flour and baking powder

3) 攪拌均勻至無顆粒
Whisk the ingredients till smooth

4) 用保鮮膜蓋著35分鐘
Cover the mixture with cling wrap for 35 mins

5) 熱鍋, 用湯匙將適量的面糊加入到不粘鍋煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat pan, use a spoon to scoop the mixture into non-stick pan, fry the both side till golden and ready to serve
