马铃薯柴鱼片汤汁螺旋面

Potato & Bonita Flakes Sauce with Fusilli
这个意外的好吃! 味道很香, 吃起来有淡淡柴鱼片的香味。很适合宝宝哦!

材料:

蒜米 Chopped Garlic
洋葱 Spring Onion
无盐奶油 Unsalted Butter
马铃薯(切丁) Potato Cube
柴鱼片 Bonito Flakes
花椰菜 Broccoli
螺旋面 Fusilli
1) 螺旋面水煮7分钟至软化捞起备用

Cook the fusilli with boiling water for 7 mins until soften, drain dry and set aside
2) 花椰菜烫熟拿来当Finger Food
Boil/Steam the broccoli as finger food
3) 煮一锅滚水, 下柴鱼片小火煮约35分钟至汤水剩下半锅左右就可熄火备
(柴鱼片的数量可以依照个人喜欢)
In a pot of boiling water, add bonito flakes, cook with low heat for 35 mins until the soup left about half pot and switch off the heat, set aside
(the amount of bonito flakes up to your preference)
4) 热锅, 置入无盐奶油, 洋葱和蒜米炒香
Heat pan, add the unsalted butter, onion and garlic and fry until fragrant
5) 置入马铃薯翻炒均匀
Add the potato and stir fry
6) 倒入柴鱼片汤盖过马铃薯, 转小火, 盖锅焖至马铃薯软化
Add the bonito flakes soup into pot to cover the potato, switch to low heat, cover the pan and let it stew until soften
7) 再置入螺旋面炒匀, 焖约1分钟即可
Add the cooked fusilli and stir fry, cook for another 1 min and ready to serve
