苹果佛手瓜高汤 + 三文鱼拌粥

Chayote Apple Soup + Salmon with Porridge
材料:
蘋果 Apple
佛手瓜 Chayote
紅蘿蔔 Carrot
玉米 Corn
洋蔥 Spring Onion
三文魚 Salmon
龍骨 Pork Bone
1) 先用沸水川燙龍骨去血水
Boil the pork bone with boiling water to remove blood
2)重新煮一鍋水待滾後,放入所有材料大火煮
In a boiling water, put all the ingredients into pot
3)煮至滾燙後轉小火煮2小時即可
Once the water boiling again, switch to low heat boil for 2 hours and ready to serve
4)高湯來煮粥,再蒸熟少許三文魚配粥吃
I use the soup to cook porridge, steam the salmon and eat with porridge
