藍莓 + 番薯煎餅

Blueberries + Sweet Potato Pancake

材料:
番薯泥 Sweet potato puree
麵粉 3湯匙 Plain flour 3 tbsp
雞蛋 1粒 Egg 1 pc
鮮奶 6湯匙 Fresh Milk 6 tbsp
藍莓(切半) Blueberry (half-cut) 

1) 將壓爛的番薯泥和所有材料攪拌均勻
In a bowl, stir and mix the pumkin puree and all the ingredients

3) 熱鍋,用湯匙將適量的面糊加入到不粘鍋煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat pan, use a spoon to scoop the mixture into non-stick pan, fry the both side till golden and ready to serve
