Potato Hash Brown


今日早餐 - 马铃薯饼

Ingredients:
Potato 1 pc
Plain Flour 2 tbsp
Olive Oil 1tbsp

1) Cut the potato into small piece and steam until cooked
2) Add the sifted flour and combine with the mashed potato
3) Add olive oil and mix well
4) Apply a bit of olive oil on hand
5) Take a certain amount of the mashed potato and shape it
6) Press harder to prevent the potato drop
7) Heat pan, fry the hash brown with non-stick pan until both side golden and ready to serve
