南瓜蛋黄米饼

Pumpkin Egg Yolk Rice Cake 


材料: 
白饭 Cooked Rice
熟南瓜(压泥) Smash Pumpkin
熟蛋黄 Cooked Egg Yolk
椰油(半匙) Coconut Oil 1/2 tbsp

1) 所有材料搅拌均匀, 在用手捏圆定型
Combine all the ingredients and use hand to shape it

3) 使用不沾锅煎至两面金黄色即可
Fry the rice cake with non-stick pan, both side until golden and ready to serve
