Butternut Squash Potato Long Bean Fried Rice


这个有他喜欢的银鱼粉, 刚开始吃了几口。
然后开始乱丢饭, 我只好把菜都挑出来给他吃。
真的不要吃饭咩?

Ingredients:
Butternut Squash
Potato
Long Bean
Spring Onion
Silver fish powder (self-made)
Olive oil
Cooked Rice

1) Cut all the ingredients into small piece
2) Heat pan, add a bit of olive oil and onion and fry until fragrant
3) Add the potato, butternut and long bean and stir fry
4) Add water/soup stock to cover all the ingredients
5) Add a pinch of silver fish powder and mix well
6) Cover the pan and switch to low heat, let it stew until soften and dry
7) Add the cooked rice into the pan and stir fry for 1 min and ready to serve
