Vege Minced Meat Patties
今日午餐 - 蔬菜肉碎饼
材料:
馬鈴薯 Potato
洋蔥 Spring Onion
高麗菜 Cabbage
蘿蔔絲 Carrot Slice
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
玉米粉 Corn Starch
椰油 Coconut oil
1) 蔬菜蒸熟,肉碎水煮熟
Steam vegetables, cook the minced pork with boiling water
2) 馬鈴薯壓爛,再和所有材料攪拌均勻
Smash the cooked potato, and combine with all the ingredients
3) 加入2湯匙的玉米粉,1湯匙的椰油,攪拌均勻
Add 2 tbsp corn starch & 1 tbsp coconut oil, mix well
4) 熱鍋, 用湯匙將適量的馬鈴薯糊加入到不粘鍋煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat pan, use a spoon to scoop the mixture into non-stick pan, fry the both side till golden and ready to serve
