Pumpkin Stew Soft Rice
今日午餐 - 南瓜焖饭
材料:
南瓜 Pumpkin
洋蔥 Spring Onion
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
花椰菜 Broccoli
白飯 Cooked Rice
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
1) 所有材料切丁,水煮/蒸熟
Chopped all the ingredients into small pieces, boil/steam until cooked
2) 熱鍋,加入無鹽奶油,蒜米和洋蔥炒香
Heat pan, add unsalted butter, garlic and onion fry until fragrant
3) 加入所有材料翻炒
Add all the ingredients and stir fry
4) 加入高湯/水蓋過所有材料燜5分鐘
Add soup/water to cover all the ingredients and let it cook for 5 mins
5) 加入白飯炒勻
Add the cooked rice and stir fry
6) 最後燜至收汁即可
Cover the pan, let it stew until dry and ready to serve
