Pumpkin Apple Salmon Porridge
今天继续清淡的粥系列。
唯一不同的是用有点像焖饭的煮法 。
先炒过再煮粥/饭。
味道很香很好吃哦!
Ingredients:
Pumpkin, Apple, Cabbage, Spring Onion, Salmon
1) Steam the salmon, smash it and set aside
2) Wash the rice and rinse it set aside
3) Chopped all the ingredients into small pieces
4) Heat pan, add the salmon and onion stir fry until fragrant
5) Add pumpkin, apple and cabbage and stir fry
6) Add the raw rice and stir fry for 3 mins
7) Place all the ingredients into rice cooker
8) Pour 1:3 the water into rice cooker and serve once it done!
