ABC Soup with Fusilli

今日午餐 - ABC汤螺旋面 

(適合10個月以上 Suitable for 10 months and above)

材料：

蘿蔔 Carrot

馬鈴薯 Potato

洋蔥 Spring Onion

玉米 Corn

豬骨 Pork Bone
螺旋面 Fusilli

1） 先用沸水川燙排骨骨去血水

Boil the pork bone with boiling water to remove blood

2）重新煮一鍋水待滾後，放入所有材料大火煮

In a boiling water, put all the ingredients into pot 

3）煮至滾燙後轉小火煮1.5小時即可

Once the water boiling again, switch to low heat boil for 1.5 hours and ready to serve

4）高湯來煮軟螺旋面，搭配湯料吃就可以了

I use the soup to cook fusilli until soften, and eat with the soup ^^
