Zucchini Butternut Squash Potato & Mushroom Pasta
这是妈咪首次用焖煮的方式做Pasta, 连爸比也说很香哦😊
也应该是因为侒侒喜欢这款卡通Pasta, 所以是一口接着一口的吃。

至少有吃掉半碗. 总好比丢光光的好
材料:
夏南瓜 Zucchini
金瓜 Butternut Squash
馬鈴薯 Potato
蘑菇 Mushroom
洋蔥 Spring Onion
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
芝士 Grated Cheese
牛奶 Fresh Milk
1) 先蒸熟金瓜和馬鈴薯
Steam the butternut and potato, set aside
2) 水煮熟Pasta撈起備用
Cook the pasta in the boiling water, drain dry and set aside
3) 熱鍋,加入無鹽奶油和洋蔥炒香
Heat pan, add the unsalted butter and spring onion fry until fragrant
4) 加入夏南瓜和蘑菇翻炒
Add zucchini and mushroom and stir fry
5) 再加入金瓜和馬鈴薯翻炒均勻
Add butternut squash and potato and stir fry
6) 加入牛奶拌勻
Add milk and mix well
7) 加入少許芝士待融化了拌勻
Add grated cheese, wait until melted and mix well
8) 蓋過燜至收汁即可
Cover the pan and let it cook until dry and ready to serve
