Mixed Vegetables Cartoon Pasta

今天的午餐是 蔬菜卡通Pasta
经过早上的胃口差

老实说妈咪在准备这顿午餐的时候也是抱着侒侒会狂请地板吃的决心。

以为他会吃少少 丢多多。
但出乎意料的吃掉3/4。👍 

太好了^^

材料：

蕃茄 Tomato

玉米 Corn

蘿蔔 Carrot

紫包菜 Purple Cabbage

蒜米 Chopped Garlic

無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter

1) 卡通Pasta水煮熟撈起備用

Cook the pasta with boiling water until soften, drain dry and set aside

2)  熱鍋，加入奶油和蒜米爆香，加入蕃茄和玉米翻炒

Heat pan, add the butter and garlic fry till fragrant, add in the tomato & corn, stir fry

3) 加入少許水燜一下

Add in a bit of water and let it stew for a while

4) 加入Pasta,蘿蔔和紫包菜翻炒均勻，加水淹蓋食材

Add pasta, carrot and purple cabbage and stir fry till evenly, add in water to cover all the ingredients

5) 蓋鍋燜至收汁即可

Cover the pan and let it stew until dry and ready to serve
