Beetroot Pancake

今天是侒侒的农历生日

我本来想亲自做蛋糕, 但是失败了
最后赶紧做了这个 Beetroot pancake

就当是生日蛋糕 ^^

材料：

雞蛋 1粒

麵粉 6湯匙

甜菜根泥 8湯匙

1） 先蒸熟甜菜根，加水打成泥

Steam the beetroot, add water and blend it

2) 所有材料攪拌均勻至順滑

Mix all the ingredients till smooth

3) 熱鍋，轉小火，用湯匙拿起適量的麵糊放入不粘鍋內煎至兩面金黃色即可

Heat pan, switch to low heat, use a spoon to scoop the mixture and place into non-stick pan, fry both side until golden and ready to serve
