牛油果蔬菜蛋炒飯

Avocado Mixed Vegetables Fried Rice with Egg
因今天怀疑侒侒长牙, 所以煮干一点的饭。
虽然胃口仍然不佳, 但还是勉强吃上一些。
材料:
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
洋蔥 Spring Onion
牛油果 Avocado
馬鈴薯 Potato
蘿蔔 Carrot
花椰菜 Broccoli
雞蛋 Egg
白飯 Cooked Rice
1) 水煮/蒸熟馬鈴薯,蘿蔔和花椰菜,撈起備用
Boil/Steam the potato, carrot and broccoli until cooked, drain dry and set aside
2) 熱鍋,加入無鹽奶油,蒜米和洋蔥炒香
Heat pan, add the unsalted butter, garlic and spring onion fry until fragrant
3) 加入馬鈴薯,蘿蔔和牛油果翻炒均勻
Add potato, carrot and avocado and stir fry
4) 加入少許水燜1分鐘
Add a little bit of water and let it stew for 1 min
5) 加入白飯炒勻
Add cooked rice and stir fry
6) 加入雞蛋翻炒均勻
Add the egg and stir fry
7) 最後再加入花椰菜炒勻即可
Lastly, add the broccoli and stir fry and ready to serve
