Fried Mee Sua with Egg

今日午餐: 鸡蛋煎面线

为了庆祝侒侒满对岁, 妈咪今天准备了面线给侒侒吃 👶
虽然多数都丢给爸比吃, 但侒侒也吃了不少。

总算没辜负妈咪的心意 👍

题外话: 面线煎的有点像 roti prata. Lol

材料：

雞蛋 Egg

麵線 Mee Sua

1) 首先，煮熟麵線，撈起待涼Cook the mee sua till soften, take it out from pot and dry it, and let it be cool

2) 雞蛋放碗打散，加入麵線拌勻
Beat the egg in a bowl, add the cooked mee sua into bowl and mix well

3) 熱鍋，將雞蛋麵線置入不粘鍋煎至兩面金黃即可
Heat pan, put the mee sua with egg into non-stick pan, fry till both side golden and ready to serve.
