蔬菜燜軟飯

Mixed Vegetables Stew Soft Rice


最近好像开始又要长牙, 妈咪准备了比较有嚼劲的蔬菜让侒侒咀嚼。
这次饭准备的有点多, 但也吃了2/3。 不错哦♡

材料:
紫甘藍 Purple Cabbage
玉米 Corn
蘿蔔 Carrot
夏南瓜 Zucchini
長豆 Long Bean
白飯 Cooked Rice
蒜米 Chopped Garlic

1) 先蒸熟所有蔬菜
Steam all the vegetables till cooked

2) 熱鍋,用不粘鍋炒香蒜米,再倒入所有材料炒至有香味
Heat pan, fry the garlic with non-stick pan till fragrant, add all the ingredients and stir-fry till fragrant

3) 倒入白飯翻炒均勻,再加入水/高湯,水位大概淹沒飯菜燜3~5分鐘即可
Add the cooked rice and stir-fry, add water/soup into the pan, to cover the rice/vege, cover the pan and let it cook for 3~5 mins and ready to serve

** 如果寶寶不喜歡太濕的飯,可以不用放水或加入少許水即可 **
** If the baby prefer dry rice, you may skip to add in water or add a bit of water**
