南瓜牛油果燜飯

Pumpkin & Avocado Stew Rice
今日午餐 - 南瓜牛油果焖饭
针后第3天, 看来侒侒好多咯~
我差点忘了冰箱里有牛油果, 看到熟了赶快拿出来。
之前侒侒不再喜欢吃牛油果, 我有好一阵子没买了。
这次尝试使用牛油果焖饭可以说是相 当的成功。
加上配合无盐奶油和其他食材, 味道可是非常可口哦!
材料:
南瓜 Pumpkin
牛油果 Avocado
蘿蔔 Carrot
蕃茄 Tomato
香菇 Dried Mushroom
豬肉碎 Minced pork
洋蔥 Spring Onion
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
白飯 Cooked Rice
1) 將所有食材切丁
Chopped all the ingredients into small pieces
2) 熱鍋, 加入無鹽奶油,蒜米和洋蔥炒至有香味
Heat pan, add the unsalted butter, garlic and onion, fry till fragrant
3) 加入豬肉碎翻炒至半熟
Add the minced pork and stir fry till half-cooked
4) 加入南瓜和蘿蔔翻炒1分鐘
Add the pumpkin and carrot and stir fry for 1 min
5) 加入剩餘材料翻炒均勻
Add in all the ingredients and stir fry
6) 加入白飯和水,水蓋過全部食材
Add the cooked rice and water, to cover all the ingredients
7) 蓋鍋燜至收汁,再打入雞蛋翻炒至熟即可
Cover the pan and let it stew until soften and dried up, add the egg and stir fry until cooked and ready to serve
