Potato Carrot Pancake


为了让侒侒习惯不一样的食物, 这几天的早餐都是pancake 
这次又比昨天更进一步了, 看到就马上抓起来送进嘴里 👏👏
看他吃的津津有味的样子, 妈咪心里感到很高兴 😆 
虽然丢了不少, 但也吃了不少。妈咪感到非常欣慰

材料:
馬鈴薯 Potato
蘿蔔 Carrot
雞蛋 Egg

1) 蒸熟馬鈴薯&蘿蔔,壓爛
Steam and mash the cooked potato and carrot

2) 將壓爛的泥和雞蛋攪拌均勻
In a bowl, stir and mix the puree and egg 

3) 熱鍋,用湯匙將適量的蛋糊加入到不粘鍋煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat pan, use a spoon to scoop the mixture into non-stick pan, fry the both side till golden and ready to serve
