金瓜马铃薯酱汁 Baby Pasta

Butternut Squash & Potato Sauce with Baby Pasta
昨天早上从JB回到家后马上准备侒侒的午餐。
因为他早上 吃不多, 除了喂奶也担心他肚子饿,
趁他睡着就赶紧准备。
结果最后竟然一点也不吃 😱

材料:
金瓜 Butternut Squash
馬鈴薯 Potato
蘑菇 Mushroom
芝士 Grated Cheese
牛奶 Fresh Milk
椰油 Virgin Coconut oil
1) 金瓜馬鈴薯蒸熟壓爛,蘑菇切粒
Steam and smash the butternut & potato, chopped mushroom into small piece
2) Baby pasta 水煮3-5分鐘撈起備用
Cook the baby pasta with boiling water for 3-5 mins, drain dry and set aside
3) 熱鍋,加入所有材料與芝士,倒入適量的牛奶拌勻
Heat pan, add in all the ingredients and grated cheese, pour the fresh milk into pot and stir well
4) 攪拌至順滑即可熄火
Stir and mix the sauce until creamy and smooth, and switch off the heat
5) 加入baby pasta和2滴椰油拌勻即可享用
Add the baby pasta and 2 drops of vco into pot, stir and mix well. and ready to serve
