Butternut Potato Broccoli & Minced Pork Ball Stew Rice


今天煮燜飯的目的是想要讓他嘗試自己吃看看。我把少許的飯放到侒侒的碗裡,preloaded 飯在湯匙。
侒侒果然不負眾望的拿起湯匙把飯放到嘴裡吃。媽咪爸比太高興了!👏👏

雖然到後面侒侒自己吃到不耐煩,開始咬湯匙丟湯匙,抓飯丟飯的,但進步很大! Mummy very proud of you! 

🍛
材料:
金瓜(切粒蒸熟)  Butternut Cube
馬鈴薯(切粒蒸熟) Potato Cube
花椰菜(燙熟取花) Broccoli (Flower only)
豬肉碎 Minced meat
蒜米 Chopped garlic
蔥頭 Chopped red onion
白飯 Cooked rice

做法:
1) 加少許橄欖油與豬肉碎攪拌均勻,取適量揉成球狀,蒸熟或燙熟,放一旁備用
In a bowl, take minced meat and olive oil and mix well, roll it to a ball shape, steam/boil until cooked, set aside

2) 金瓜,馬鈴薯蒸熟,花椰菜沸水燙熟,放一旁備用
Steam the butternut and potato until cooked, use boiling water to cook broccoli, set aside

3) 預熱平底鍋,加入少許橄欖油炒香蒜米蔥頭
Heat pan, add in a little bit of olive oil, stir fry the garlic and red onion until fragrant

4) 加入金瓜和馬鈴薯炒香後,加一點水蓋過材料,燜3分鐘。(因為馬鈴薯很容易粘鍋燒焦,所以要注意)
Add the butternut and potato, stir-fry till fragrant, add the water (cover the ingredients), let it stew for 3 mins. 

5) 加入白飯和花椰菜拌勻即可
Add the cooked rice and broccoli and stir fry till evenly and ready to serve

6) 可以加點 oregano 調味會更香哦 
You may wish to add a pinch of oregano, taste good!
