這道湯超甜的,我忍不住先吃了一碗
而且材料的準備都很簡單哦!
材料:

材料:
玉米 Corn
蘋果 Apple
蘿蔔 Carrot
甜菜根 Beetroot
排骨 Pork Rib
做法:
1) 排骨先用一鍋沸水燙大約3分鐘去掉血水,拿起備用
Use boiling water to cook the pork rib for 3 mins, to remove the blood. Take it out from the pot and set aside
2) 煮一鍋水待滾燙後放入所有材料煮大約1小時半即可
Cook another pot of boiling water, add all the ingredients in and let it cook for 1.5 ~ 2 hours and ready to serve.
三文魚蘿蔔飯 Salmon Carrot Rice
材料:
三文魚 Salmon
蘿蔔 Carrot
薑片 Ginger Slice
白飯 Cooked Rice
1) 放2片姜,跟三文魚一起蒸至熟, 壓碎
Cut 2 slices of ginger, steam together with the salmon fish, smash the salmon once cooked
2) 蘿蔔放在另一個碟子一起蒸熟
Put the carrot into another plate, steam it too
3) 將所有材料 (除了薑片)搭配白飯就可以吃咯
mix all the ingredients (except ginger) with cooked rice and ready to serve
