Wongbok Soup with Prawn


鮮蝦白菜湯

#適合二歲以上

材料:
白菜 Wongbok
鮮蝦 Fresh Prawn
自製江魚仔粉 Homemade Ikan Bilis Powder
自製雞粉 Homemade Chicken Stock Powder
日本醬青 (可免)Jap Light Soy Sauce (Optional)

1)蝦洗乾淨,白菜切碎,煮一鍋水至滾燙
Clean the prawn and chopped wongbok into small pieces, cook a pot of boiling water

2)加入蝦煮至泛紅,再加入白菜煮至水滾
Add prawn and let it cooked until it semi-cooked, add wongbok. Cook until the water boiling

3)加入1~2湯匙的江魚仔粉和1湯匙的雞粉,攪拌均勻
Add 1~2 tbsp of ikan bilis powder and 1 tbsp of chicken stock powder, mix well

4)轉中小火煮,蓋鍋悶煮約30分鐘
Switch to medium low heat, cover the lid and cook for 30 mins

5)最後加入1茶匙的日本醬青拌勻後即可享用 
Add 1 tsp of light soy sauce, mix well and ready to serve
