Egg-Wrapped Rice Ball with Salmon


今日午餐 - 鮭魚蛋皮飯糰

#適合一歲以上

材料:
雞蛋 Egg
日本珍珠米 Japanese Pearl Rice
鮭魚 Salmon
自製薑粉 Homemade Ginger Powder
自製蒜米粉 Homemade Garlic Powder
橄欖油 Olive Oil

1)先將珍珠米煮成熟飯,鮭魚用1/4茶匙的薑粉和1茶匙的蒜米粉醃製一下,再蒸熟
Cook the rice, marinate the salmon with 1/4 tsp of ginger powder and 1 tsp of garlic powder for a while. Steamed about 10~15 mins 

2)雞蛋打散,熱鍋後,加入少許橄欖油,把蛋液倒入鍋內,用中小火煎熟,不用翻面
Whisk egg, heat pan, add a little bit of olive oil, add the beaten egg into fry pan, pan fry it with medium low heat until cooked, don't need to flip the egg

3)把蛋皮放在保鮮紙上,白飯覆蓋在蛋皮上,再把少許鮭魚放在白飯的中間,最後包起來捏緊即可
Prepare a food wrapping paper, place the egg on it, add cooked rice on the egg, add salmon on the middle of cooked rice, wrapped and press tight and done.
