Italian Style Paper Wrapper Chicken

#適合10個月以上會咀嚼的寶寶

材料:
半隻雞 Half of Chicken
馬鈴薯 Potato
香菇 Mushroom
芹菜 Celery
蒜頭 Garlic Cloves
自製雞粉 Homemade Chicken Stock Powder
自製大蒜粉 Homemade Garlic Powder
Paprika Powder
粉紅鹽 Himalayan Pink Salt
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
新鮮Parsley葉 Fresh Parsley
Mixed Herbs

1)半隻雞跟自製雞粉,大蒜粉,Paprika Powder和粉紅鹽醃製一下
Marinate the chicken with homemade chicken stock powder, garlic powder, paprika powder and pink salt for a while

2)把蒜頭放在烘培紙上(疊兩張),再把半隻雞放上去
Place the garlic on baking paper (2 pcs), put the chicken on top

3)把馬鈴薯,香菇,芹菜鋪在雞的旁邊,再混合已融化的無鹽奶油,Parsley葉和mixed herbs, 淋在雞和蔬菜的上方
Put the potato, mushroom and celery beside of chicken, mix and combine the melted unsalted butter with fresh parsley and mixed herbs, pour on chicken and vegetables.

4)把它們包起來,放入烤箱烤200度30分鐘即可
Wrapped the chicken, send into oven, bake at 200 degree for 30 mins and ready to serve.

一起烤30分鐘
雞肉鮮嫩多汁
