Homemade Beetroot Powder


自製甜菜根粉

#適合6個月以上


材料:
甜菜根 Beetroot
食物風乾機 Food Dehydrator

1)甜菜根削皮,切成薄片
Peel off the skin of beetroot, cut into thin slices

2)鋪在食物風乾機上,設定60度,大約7~8小時
Place them on top of food dehydrator, set at 60 degree, let it run for 7~8 hours

3)再用攪拌機磨成粉即可
Blitz them into powder and done. 

我又來玩食物風乾機了
今天做的是甜菜根粉
近8小時才烘乾
真的有夠久...
每次我都只用甜菜根煮湯
有製成粉末的話
煎蛋蒸蛋煮粥煮炒飯煮湯做麵包蛋糕餅乾
統統都可以用咯
