Konbu Shitake Mushroom Miso Soup Noodle


今日午餐 - 昆布香菇味增湯面

#適合1歲以上

材料:
烏冬面 Udon
小白菜 Small Cabbage
鮮香菇 Shitake Mushroom
自製昆布粉 Homemade Konbu Powder (Kelp)
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
白味增 White Miso
日本米酒 Mirin
日本低鹽醬清 Low sodium soy sauce
粉紅鹽 Pink Salt
麻油 Sesame Oil

1)烏冬面煮熟備用
Cook the udon and set aside

2)另一鍋,加入適量的水,待水滾後,加入小白菜和鮮香菇
Another pot, add water, once the water boiling, add small cabbage and shitake mushroom

3)待水再次滾湯後,加入一湯匙的麻油,1湯匙的昆布粉,1茶匙的香菇粉,少許米酒和醬清
Once the water boiling again, add 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 1 tbsp konbu powder, 1 tsp mushroom powder, a dash of mirin and soy sauce

4)約5分鐘後,加入1茶匙的白味增,拌勻,再撒入少許粉紅鹽即可熄火
After 5 mins later, add 1 tsp of white miso, mix well , sprinkle a pinch of pink salt and switch off the heat

5)最後把湯倒入烏冬面即可享用
Lastly, pour the soup into bowl with udon and ready to serve

今天的是快速湯頭
用到自製昆布粉,香菇粉,白味增
還有少許的日本調味料來煮
非常有日本風味的一道料理
