Steam Onion Juice


蒸洋蔥水 
(治療傷風感冒, 預防感冒, 增強免疫力的天然食療法)
適合8個月以上

Steam Onion Juice
(For flu, to prevent flu and also helps to increase immunity)
suitable for 8 months and above

材料:
1顆大洋蔥 (褐色/紅色)
Big Onion 1pc (Brown/Red)

1) 切開洋蔥,放入燉盅裡
Cut the onion and put into pot

2) 燉盅放入已燒開的熱水中,蓋鍋大火蒸30分鐘
place the pot on the boiling water,cover the pan and steam with highest heat for 30 mins

3) 移開洋蔥片,倒出洋蔥汁即可
Remove the onion slices from the pot ,pour the juice to cup and ready to serve

* 一顆褐色大洋蔥可以蒸出約1湯匙的份量,味道清甜
1 pc of big brown onion may steam about 1 tbsp of the onion juice, sweet taste

* 紅色洋蔥比較多汁,味道稍重些
Red onion more juice, but taste stronger
